Deep video
Hmm…this video speaks to me. It’s telling me things are going to be okay, my life is going to get better. I’ve been through a lot over my years, I’ve contemplated suicide countless times but I was too much of a coward to go through with it. But now, thanks to this video, I see that my life is worth living. I don’t know how to explain it, but it’s taught me to cherish the things I do have and rather than the things I don’t. I’ve learned to stick to what parts of my life are worth remember rather than lament over the parts of my life that are worth forgetting. Life is difficult, things will change for the better and things will change for the worse but in the end it’s only those who truly appreciate life for what it really is that win. This video has pushed me to win. I will not lose to you, life. I am stronger than that. Thank you.

Taking Pictures of You - The Kooks
One of my favorite songs from their new album, The Junk of The Heart. So beautiful!
I think I’ve found heaven. So recently, my hair has been soooo dried and dead looking. And it doesn’t matter what type of shampoo/conditioner I use..in a matter of weeks, it goes boring again. But two days ago, my boyfriend and I were at the store and I decided to buy a shampoo in the African American hair type section. I purchased the Olive Oil Aloe shampoo and hair lotion. Tried it out for the past two days and….oh, my, gawwwwd. I have the most fullest, silkiest and sofest hair I’ve ever had in my life! And that’s saying a lot because I abuse it on the daily. Straight ironing, hair spray, dyeing, etc etc. My hair feels like it’s a virgin again! ahh, totally approve/recommend this to all my asian ladies out there. THIS SHIT WORKS!

So recently, I’ve been infected by the most evil thing ever—-Rotavirus. Oh the many perks of being a nurse/healthcare professional. So least to say, I was going to the bathroom nonstop (sorry if this is too tmi), and vomiting like CRAZY. Body chills, increase temp, diaphoretic, mucsle aches, all the works—I’ve had it. In the midst of it all, the only thing that I can consume is liquid and more liquids. However, just recently, I’ve started feeling better—really better, actually. All of this “cleansing” has completely flushed my body of nasty toxins that I’ve had BEFORE the virus hit me. Now, I am sipping on gatorade with airborne suspense in it, and chewing on multivitamin gummies like nothing. I FEEL GREAT!! So much energy and my body is five pounds lighter, with lots of nutrients and vitamins to gain. The best part—work has grant me with 5 days off to re-cooperate :)
LESSON of the week: eat better, drink better, and vitamins are a girls best friend :)
Bathroom Design 01 Mixed Media by Benjamin Bullins
Incredibly creative! I love the basket on the bike for towel storage. And you know, I don’t think keeping this clean would be too much trouble. Very whimsical.
